I think r/steamdecktricks has a guide that might be useful. The best way would likely be to run reshade globally across Vulcan since that's what yuzu will likely be rendering in. They have a guide on the sub iirc to install reshade on Vulcan globally to apply to all games, then you can just specify what you want.
