The Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students is an organization that aims to supply the knowledge and skills pre-health students of color need in order to become competitive applicants for health related professional schools and to be able to handle various experiences in the field that are specific to minority professionals.MAPS represents the undergraduate students of the Student National Medical Association or SNMA. This affiliation guarantees direct opportunities for shadowing, attending regional conferences, networking, leadership opportunities, community service, scholarship opportunities, and membership discounts towards MCAT preparation material.Meet Others in the Health Sciences.
