Without knowing your setup, all I can do is give you a coiple of tips: Make sure you have the correct video drivers installed. This fucked me over hard (constant crashing, low frame rates, etc) and my game ran much more smooth after swapping drivers. Look at your CPU/GPU specs and look up what is compatible for them. Clean out your VRChat cache.

Not every mod is an attack, but some of them are. And it takes a lot of technical skill to tell the difference. The only safe policy is to not modify your game at all, so that's the policy that VR Chat has put in the ToS. Don't put DLLs in the game folder, don't run software that's sketchy.
