There are cheats showing players positions, aim bots, which are very hard to notice, even in community servers. As a player you hardly can notice a single advantage while.everything else looks okay. Also, cheaters open and close their cheats as they wish, for example, some open them only when entering to a hot zones or hear a gun shot.

Plenty of RP, lore, and good/bad people that will give you a great introduction to Dayz. DayZ is for me, the best survival game/zombie survival game. PZ is really good too for example, but DayZ is still the greatest inmersive game of the entire survival genre.
